Making a contract
Add products to the cart, copy the summary and send it on Instagram. Adding to the cart, copying text or opening Instagram does not place a paid order. The seller confirms the goods, availability, total price including delivery, payment method and deadline, and delivery date. A contract is made when you expressly accept that offer and the obligation to pay. We send confirmation, the terms and withdrawal information by email no later than delivery.
Prices and payment
Product prices are payable amounts in PLN; delivery is shown separately. Payment is agreed individually on Instagram before order acceptance. We do not take payments or card details on this website. Do not send card details in messages. Unless another date is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract.
Delivery
Delivery is within Poland, primarily to InPost parcel lockers: PLN 15.00. Delivery is free from a product subtotal of PLN 150.00. We agree the collection point and delivery date before the contract is made.
Products and QR access
The product page describes the contents and safe use. QR practices require internet access and a current browser; no customer account is required. Opening the QR link does not itself waive your right to withdraw from the purchase of goods. Report access problems as you would any other lack of conformity.
Consumer rights
See Returns and complaints for withdrawal and complaint procedures. These terms do not limit statutory rights of consumers or sole traders entitled to consumer protection for purchases outside their professional specialism. Polish law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection. Changes apply to future orders and do not alter existing contracts.
