KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE
How to prepare a space for a calm ritual
A simple checklist: choose an intention, prepare a safe space and give yourself a few minutes without expecting a perfect performance.
Choose a simple purpose
Identify one need: to unwind after a full day, write down your thoughts or calmly begin a new stage. This gives the practice direction without turning it into a task that must be done perfectly.
Prepare the space
Choose a place, air the room and put your phone aside. If you use incense and/or a candle, prepare a safe place. Keep children and animals away from flames or glowing embers.
Use only what helps
You do not need to use every object at once. You can begin with a notebook, a stone or a few attentive breaths. Incense is optional; leave it out if smoke, fragrance, ventilation or the way you feel makes it unsuitable.
Follow the QR practice at your pace
If your set contains a QR card, scan it after the space is ready. The private page offers steps in four languages, but you can pause, skip an element or finish earlier.
Close the moment safely
Extinguish the incense, check the holder and air the room. Write one sentence about what you want to take from the moment. Consistency is not an obligation; return to the practice when it is genuinely useful to you.
